Whilst providing branded design solutions for Arthur Prices’s worldwide export market, Straightforward was also tasked with supporting the regional Factory Shop outlet offering without diluting the global brand. Straightforward executed a multi-channel campaign comprising social media, HTML emailers, press advertising, and direct mail, which was synchronised with the launch of its summer and winter factory shop sales. We have also established a VIP club to build a customer database and provide additional discounts to those who sign-up.
